James Lewitzke graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2010 with a B.A. in Information Resources.

Web Computer Skills

James has extensive use and knowledge of WordPress, primarily involving Theme Development from scratch, and also aspects of Plugin Development, Function writing, Hooks and Filters, Custom Post Types and Taxonomies, etc.

He also understands web development concepts included but not limited to: Web Hosting, Domain Name Registration, Server Administration, and Database Usage

Web Development Skills

James uses the following web languages to build great WordPress Themes from scratch:

• XHTML (HTML that incorporates elements of XML
• CSS (Used to style elements of web pages)
• PHP (Scripting language used to dynamically generate web pages)
• Javascript (jQuery, used to create interactivity on the client’s side)

Work Experience

James has been a Freelance WordPress Developer since 2009, where he primarily develops new themes for clients. He also customizes existing WordPress themes for clients that may need their code tweaked, cleaned up, added to, etc.

James is also the primary WordPress Technician for Goodlook Marketing, since September 2010. His primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Developing WordPress Themes
• Modifying WordPress Themes
• Managing WordPress installation content, widgets, menus, etc.
• Consulting and brainstorming with co-workers about how to do various useful things within the WordPress Platform
