All Themes are Powered by the Engipress Framework
What is the Engipress Framework? In laymen's terms, it is a collection of code, classes, and functionalities all in one place that provides both users and theme owners a better Wordpress Experience.
Built-in Theme Options
With an Object-Oriented Class-Controled theme option system powered by the Wordpress Settings' API, Engipress Themes are given a wide variety of potential, easily managed, backend theme options that give you the user complete control over your theme.
Powered by another Object Oriented PHP Class, all Engipress Themes come with several useful shortcodes. In addition to immediate shortcode availability, they are automatically added into the Wordpress Editor for one-click user convienence.
Custom Functions and Conditionals
Anyone familiar with moderate theme development likely knows what Wordpress Conditionals are and the various amount of functions and template tags at their disposal. The Engipress Framework includes even more useful bits for developers to use, for example, breadcrumb navigation, or subcategory conditional checking.
Powerful Code Standards
With the emergence of Wordpress 3.0, many new features like Menu Navigation, Custom Post Types, and Widgets allow the user to do more and save time. Engipress recognizes the power behind these functionalities, which is why it includes them wherever necessary.
As themes are routinely updated for maintenance, and new features get added to the framework, all Engipress Themes run a script that allows for instantly obtaining their latest versions, all within the click of a button.
All themes powered by the Engipress Framework are Hand Coded from Scratch using Notepad++ and contain CSS Tableless Layouts. Before theme release, every theme goes through a quality control check, which includes XHTML and CSS Validation, and cross-checking the theme in all major browsers, including Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.
