Alright guys, here's the factors that go into the rep system:
- For every 120 days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
- For every 100 posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
- For every 100 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
- Rep will only affect you if the other member has at least 10 posts and 10 points of rep.
- You're allowed to only give out rep 3 times a day and to 3 separate people before giving it to the same person again.
Also BTW, you can highlight "Rep:" in the postbit to find out just how much Rep each member has.
